"After I cancelled my policy due to crazy increases they still deducted $640 out of my av king and have yet to give it back. When you inquire about the rates and express your concerns they just tell you to go look somewhere else. They don’t even try to work with you. They couldn’t care less if you stay with State Farm or not and it’s not like I have a terrible driving record or a large amount of claims. I have been with this same location since it was ran by Rick Bonham then when Sarah Whiting took over so many things have changed. I understand that everything in world is more expensive these days but you can’t even get a phone call or a response to an email from Sarah Whiting. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the money they auto drafted from my account and Chris in the office says there is nothing else he can do and his answer hasn’t changed. Says I just have to wait until it’s processed. But still I have called numerous time to ask for Sarah and NO response. Terrible customer service … And I was able to go to progressive and get my auto insurance for $110 cheaper a month for the same coverage. I would give 0 stars if I could"

"What an absolute joke statefarm is. First I canceled my auto about a year ago because they continously upped my monthly. Now I just got a text saying my home owners was jumping UP $1800 ! These people can't give a courtesy call, text or email saying anything about the rise in rates ? What a absolute joke. If I could give them less than one star I would."

"Brittaney S. has been my go to girl for insurance for a while now. I recommend her and this establishment to just about any one who asks! Great rates and great customer service. She ensures my questions are always answered and my rates have never gone up or differed from what she tells me they are going to be. I have also dealt with Samantha M. in the office and she is so amazing and kind. I will never get insurance anywhere else!"

"I haven't been with them long. I am disappointed that I wasn't told about some ways I could get discounts, like the drive safe app. I'm also not happy that I added a vehicle over the weekend, stressed that I wanted a higher deductible and yet the agent set it at the $500 level I said I did not want. In the past, I got repeat calls while I was at work and at the hospital (no letter, text or email) over an adult child of mine that they thought might need to be added to my policy. They could have emailed me about that, not called me more than my own Mother. lol. I'm not all that impressed by the SF website either but their prices are decent so I can't give them less than 4 stars."

"This place is terrible, they don't help much when trying to figure out why my rate goes up 150 dollars a month each time I renew. I don't think paying 470 a month for one vehicle is right. When you try to ask for Sarah Whiting she is never there, and she won't respond to emails either."
